Have a question about a home, a showing, or how renting works? Send us a note. We read every message.
Asking about a specific home? #
The form on the home's page is the quickest way to ask its owner or manager a question or to set up a showing.
Send us a message #
Use the form on this page. Tell us:
- your name and email address;
- which home you are asking about, if any; and
- your question.
Email #
We don't have a phone line, so email or the form is the best way to reach us. We reply as soon as we can, usually within two business days. If a disability makes email or the form hard to use, someone can write to us for you, or tell us another way to reach you.
Already renting a home you found here? #
- For repairs, send your request to your landlord in writing, the way your lease says, so there is a record.
- For an emergency at the home, use the emergency contact number in your lease.
- If there is a fire, a gas smell, or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
- To see what Texas law says about repairs and deposits, read your rights as a renter.
Need an accommodation? #
If you have a disability and need a different way to communicate, or a change to how you apply, tell us in your message, and we will help you reach the home's owner or manager. Learn more about reasonable accommodations.
