Homes for rent

How listings work

Homes on East Dallas Rentals are listed by their owners and property managers. Each home is either a long-term lease, usually for 12 months, or a short stay, priced by the night. This guide explains what each home's page shows and what you can do there.

Who lists the homes #

Each home is listed by its owner or by a property manager. That owner or manager answers questions about the home, reviews its applications, and makes the lease or booking with you.

What a home's page shows #

Each home's page shows its rent, its terms, and whether it is a lease or a short stay, so you can compare homes at a glance.

For a home on a lease, the page shows:

For a short stay, the page shows the nightly rate, the dates that are open, what's included, and the rules for the stay.

Found one you like? #

On the home's page you can:

  1. send a question or ask for a showing; and
  2. apply when you are ready. Each person 18 or older who will live in the home fills out an application. For a short stay, you pick your dates and ask for them instead.

Before you apply, please read how to rent a home here and how tenant selection criteria work. Once you rent, see your rights as a renter in Texas.
