Each home's page shows its rent, its terms, and whether it is a lease or a short stay. For a home on a lease, the page also shows the security deposit, the lease length, the move-in date, and the home's tenant selection criteria. You can ask a question, set up a showing, or apply on the home's page. A short stay is booked on its page.
New homes are added as they become ready. Don't see the right fit yet? Send us a note and tell us what you are looking for.

How renting works #
- Browse the homes and read the details.
- Ask a question or set up a showing on the home's page.
- Read the home's written tenant selection criteria. Each home's page lists them.
- Apply on the home's page. You get an answer within seven days after your application is complete, unless you are asked for more information.
- Sign a lease, usually for 12 months, and move in.
A short stay is requested on the home's page instead.
